We don't believe every business should pay the same bookkeeping fee.
Monthly pricing is primarily based on: Transaction volume and Bookkeeping complexity.
Additional bookkeeping work may apply for payment processors, POS systems, additional accounts, multiple entities, or specialized requirements.
We consider factors such as:
Number of business bank accounts
Number of credit cards
Monthly transaction volume
Payment processors
POS systems
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Inventory
Number of business entities
Other bookkeeping complexity
Two businesses can have similar revenue but very different bookkeeping workloads.
For example, a consulting business with one bank account and 75 monthly transactions may require substantially less bookkeeping work than a business with several accounts, multiple credit cards, payment processors, and hundreds of monthly transactions.
That's why we don't ask you to guess your bookkeeping workload.
First, complete our short See If We're a Fit questionnaire.
If your business appears to be a good fit, we'll ask you to securely provide your most recent 2–3 months of business bank and credit-card statements.
We'll review the actual transaction volume and bookkeeping complexity and then provide your monthly bookkeeping quote.
No bank statements are required to complete the initial questionnaire.
If your books are behind, catch-up or cleanup bookkeeping is evaluated separately from ongoing monthly bookkeeping.
We'll review the condition of your books and provide a separate quote when historical work is required.
